At Drift, we want your home to feel just right, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all our furniture and decor items. If a piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, we'll help you find something that is or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
